• Joined startup company as client services director; promoted multiple times to become SVP and member of senior management team.

• Conceptualized, built, and facilitated sales of entirely new online conversion products.

• Established business rules and optimization best practices which resulted in increased site conversion within 90 days of launch and reduced shopping cart abandonment by 50%.

• Launched more than 40 client implementations for Sprint, AT&T, DirecTV, Guthy Renker, Gamefly and many more.


WARNER MUSIC GROUP, Burbank, CA/New York, NY 1995 – 2003

VP Internet Strategy and Business Development

Warner Music Group is one of the largest recording companies in the global music industry. 

• Started as design consultant to assist business units and record labels in crafting their internet strategy, site design, and the launch of their web presence.

• Business lead for development of consumer marketing tools; including a multimillion-dollar, multilingual, global web architecture project. Eleven websites launched in thirteen months.

• Worked intimately with record label executives and artists to develop exclusive content for sale and promotion in wireless music apps.

• Cultivated and managed partnerships, secured funding, and produced multi-channel promotions with Microsoft, HBO, Lifesavers, Doritos, Telemundo, AT&T, SPRINT, and more.


PHILIPS INTERACTIVE MEDIA, Los Angeles, CA 1992 – 1994

Senior Producer

Philips Interactive Media was dedicated to the advancement of cd-i home entertainment systems.

• Designed suite of products to showcase new PhotoCD feature. Developed strategy, licensed premium content, produced programs and supervised design of packaging.

• Established processes for creation and audience engagement for interactive digital video products. First product was with Playboy followed by a personal fitness disc with Kathy Smith.


WARNER NEW MEDIA, Burbank, CA 1989 – 1992


Warner Music Group funded Warner New Media to research and create new media content and products.

• Joined startup as lead producer; created the first entertainment CDROM in partnership with Apple Computer.

• Staffed, trained, designed many programs, and educated musicologists on methodology for interactive content development.


APPLE COMPUTER, Cupertino, CA 1988 – 1989

Producer/Consultant Human Interface Group

The Apple Human Interface Group's (HIG) charter was to experiment with advanced UX concepts.

• Managed and co-produced team in the development and launch of a public information services system kiosk.

• Created content, coordinated technology integration and debuted system at CHI '89.
